PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation given on 10.06.2025, sanction higher pension on basis of full wages for which both employer and employee contribution was paid. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the former Secretary of the Manamelkudi Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society, seeking a mandamus as against the respondent to consider his representation dated 10.06.2025. 2.A perusal of the representation on the side of the petitioner reveals that he had made a request for disbursement of higher pension on the basis of the actual wages. According to him, higher contribution has been paid based on the actual wages. According to him, he has attained superannuation from the Co-operative Society on 31.01.2025. So far, pension amount as requested by him has not been released. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 3.Considering the above said facts, the respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2025, and release the eligible pension within a period of 8(eight) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
