This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition No.(i) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.353 of 2023 dated 07.08.2023 passed by the learned I 1/3

Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, so far as directing the petitioner to execute one blood surety.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by the order dated 07.08.2023, while granting bail, the petitioner was directed to execute a bail bond Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, out of which one must be blood surety. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not having blood surety. Hence, seeks modification.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition No.(i) imposed by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR) Thanjavur, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties out of which one should be a relative of the petitioner. The other conditions are remain unchanged.
