ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 08.03.2022 to the second respondent/the Thasildar, Dindigul, requesting him to issue patta for the lands comprised in Survey Nos.433/1A, 440, 499, 427, situated at Thimmamanallur Village, Dindigul District and filed this writ petition that his application has not been considered.

2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the second respondent has issued a notice to the rival parties and also completed the enquiry and now, he is about to pass an order on the petitioner's application.

3. Considering the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the 2/4

petitioner's application dated 08.03.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing sufficient opportunity to the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
