The instant writ petition has been filed by a Senior Checking Inspector working in the respondent transport corporation, who had superannuation on 31.05.2022, seeking a mandamus for disbursement of several benefits based upon 12(3) settlement arrived at on 24.08.2022. 2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, though the settlement arrived at on 24.08.2022, the benefits were conferred from 01.09.2019. Hence the petitioner has sent a representation on 02.09.2024. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the above said facts, the respondents herein are directed to confer the eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner with 6% interest from the due date till the date of disbursal within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
