ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to order reinvestigation by any other investigation agency or officer of the case in Crime No.13 of 2019 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Rajapalayam.

2. The matter was already referred to the Mediation Centre for possibility of settlement. Now settlement has been arrived between the parties, by which the 6th respondent/husband has given Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees four lakhs only) as full and final settlement to the petitioner/wife.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/wife has also received the above said amount.

4. In view of the said submission made by both the parties, the matter has become infructuous. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The joint compromise memo, dated 19.04.2022, shall form part of this order. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
