2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has completed B.A., (Economics) degree course and Diploma in Cooperative Management conducted by the Director (Educational and Training), Tamilnadu Co-operative Union, Chennai and also working as an Attender in the 3rd respondent Urban Stores, her educational qualifications in the eligible candidates list for promotion as Salesman post, which was issued by the third respondent on 30.06.2025, was marked as 12th standard. In such circumstances, the 1st respondent vide proceedings dated 11.07.2025 has released a list of 5 candidates names that they have been appointed as salesman in which a candidate's name 3/8

who is the resident of Sivagangai District is also there. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation on 31.07.2025 to change her educational qualifications in a correct manner in the specified column for educational qualifications and also to fill up the post of Salesman in the correct procedure. However, since no action was taken on the said representation, the petitioner has now approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
