Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 2 and 3 to dispose the Patta Proceedings for cancellation of the Illegal Patta on the basis of the Petitioners Representation dated 22.06.2017 and the reminder dated 17.05.2023 within the stipulated time fixed by this Honble Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. R. Rajaraman, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. P. Thambidurai, Government Advocate for the 1st to 4th respondents, this Court made the following order:

This writ petition is listed today under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance'.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 produced the copy of the order passed by the third respondent, dated 24.01.2025 complying with the order passed by this Court on 24.09.2024.

3. In view of the above, compliance is recorded and no further order is necessary in this writ petition. In any event, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 24.01.2025, in a manner known to law, if so advised.
