ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent to give an adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members for their life and limb and to harvest in her land situated at Seekanenthal Village, Virudhunagar District on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 03.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR. No.194 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and that subsequently, the petitioner has given another compliant, seeking police protection for harvesting crops. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
