ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition of report before the respondent Police Station once a month at 10.30 a.m imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6619 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3946 of 2025, dated 22.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6619 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3946 of 2025, dated 22.05.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
