2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.868 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024 directing to sign before the Trial Court once in a week at 10.30 am., pending appeal.

ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11335 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.868 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed upon the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the trial Court, once in a month i.e., 2/3

on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 am., till the disposal of the appeal.
