2.The petitioner is the complainant in C.C.Nos.3, 4, 5 and 6 of 2018 respectively on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai. The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that as per the statutory provision, the trial Court must endeavour to dispose of the case within six months.
