PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai to dispose the case in C.C.No. 109 of 2014 within the stipulated time fixe by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai to dispose the case in C.C.No. 109 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending before the trial court for a long time. Hence he has filed this petition to dispose the case.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai to complete the trial in C.C.No. 109 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on all hearing dates without fail. If the petitioner fails to appear before the trial court on the hearing dates,the trial Court shall take action against the petitioner in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
