... Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to examine this problem and issue necessary Special Government Order (G.O) to all departments asking them to 1/4

implement the Court order and if aggrieved, to assail the same within the time limit prescribed. The violation of this direction should invite strong action administrative / disciplinary action suspension as not only the consequences reflect on their administration, but also unnecessarily burden the this Court and will not spoil the golden time of High Court, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2024.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The general relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to issue a necessary Special Government Order (G.O), to all departments, directing them to implement the Court orders and if aggrieved, to assail the same within the time limit prescribed, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2024.

2.The petitioner-in-person would submit that the order of this Court dated 25.08.2014 in W.P.No.20002 of 2014 has not been implemented. However, he admits that the Chief Secretary to Government, Home (General) Department, issued a letter dated 20.10.2024 in implementation of the Court orders within the time limit.

3.When the instructions have already been issued by the Government to implement the Court orders, no further consideration is required in this writ petition. If at all any authority has failed to implement the order, suitable actions may be initiated in the manner known to law.

4.With these observations, this Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (S.M.S., J.) & (G.A.M., J.) 20.08.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No cp 3/4
