ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the third respondent in respect of the alleged illegal action taken by the petitioner to take possession of the vehicle without following the procedure laid down the case reported in 2007 (2) SCC 711 and consequently directing the third respondent to release the vehicle TOYOTO INNOVA bearing Registration No.TN 63 AU 2323.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
