ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the petitioner's property situated in S.No.37/7, situated at Kidaram Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.K.Pragadeesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the third respondent.
3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. According to the petitioner, the subject property was settled in her favour by her parents under registered settlement deed dated 22.11.2021. The patta for the subject property stands in the name of the petitioner in patta No.1324. The petitioner submitted an online application on 12.08.2024 in application No.2024/0123/15/002635 for taking survey of the subject property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 & 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 12.08.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this
Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
