Alleging disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD). No.7575 of 2017, dated 28.03.2019, the petitioner has filed the present contempt petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.7575 of 2017, dated 28.03.2019, has been complied with.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed.
