ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.2733/A6/2022 dated 26.05.2023 passed by the second respondent/District Registrar cancelling the document bearing Nos.2844/2019, 4420/2019, 4421/2019, 4513/2019, 4514/2019, 2602/2022 and 2609/2022.

2. Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in W.P(MD).No.12285 of 2013 filed by one Naina Mohammed, this Court has already set aside the order passed by the District Registrar in Na.Ka.No.2733/A6/2022 dated 26.05.2023. Hence, no further order is Page No.2/4

required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
