ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land situated in Survey No.173/9A (New Survey No. 173/9A1) Bandukudi Group, Muruganenthal Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk,
2. The contention of the petitioner is that already the said land was sold to one Palanisamy on 16.04.2021. However, the third respondent is the rival claimant who is the wife of the petitioner. The petitioner has purchased the property from his own income. Therefore, the petitioner submits that the third respondent is not having any right over the property.
3. The official respondents are directed to survey the land. If need be the respondents shall seek police protection. The survey shall be conducted within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
