This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property situated in Survey No.37/9A of Unjampatti Village, Theni Taluk, Theni District, measuring 3300 sq.ft out of 1 acre 56 cents and effect sub division and issue patta to the petitioner within a time frame, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2021.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a representation dated 29.11.2021, to the respondents 1 and 2, seeking to survey and demarcate the property in Survey No.37/9A situated at Unjampatti Village, Theni Taluk, Theni District. But so far the 2/5

respondents 1 and 2 have not considered the same. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

4. Considering the above facts, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2021 and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity to all the parties concerned, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
