ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to impound the passport of the third respondent by considering the writ petitioner's representation dated nil.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner is the wife of the third respondent, that the writ petitioner has filed a domestic violence complaint against the third respondent and his family members, that since the third respondent is working in Japan, notice could not be served on him until now and hence, the writ petitioner has sent representations to the respondents 1 and 2 on 13.07.2024 and 02.07.2024 requesting them to impound the passport of the third respondent but there was no response and that therefore, the writ petitioner was constrained to approach this Court. 2/4
3. Mr.S.Lawrence Vimal Raj, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the third respondent has engaged a counsel and the said counsel had entered into appearance before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kovilpatti and filed vakalat for the third respondent.
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
