ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) This petition has been filed to produce the petitioner's husband, namely, Mohammed Mubarak, aged 45 years, who has gone missing from 27.05.2023. Since no steps were taken on the petitioner's complaint, this Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the respondent police had secured and produced the detenu, namely, Mohammed Mubarak, aged about 45 years, in connection with Crime No.293/2023 dated 27.07.2023 before this Court. He expressed his intention to rejoin his family. As such, the prayer that has been sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
