ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking order to transfer the investigation of the case in C.S.R.No. 199/2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent investigating agency more fully DCB Madurai of any other agency as this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in the above said matter and a complaint has been given by the petitioner. Even though CSR number has been assigned on the complaint, enquiry has not been conducted till now.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the preliminary enquiry that has been undertaken a case has been registered in Crime No.14 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294 (b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC against four accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22312 of 2018 4.Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
