ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct survey and fix the boundary stones in respect of the landed property bearing Doc.No.5593/2021 situated at Naalattinputhur Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Thoothukudi District, on the basis of her application dated 05.12.2022 within a stipulated time.

Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, on instruction, submits that based on the petitioner's application, survey has already been conducted and patta has also been issued in favour of the petitioner on 31.05.2023.
