O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the second respondent to give necessary police protection to plough and to do cultivation activities and to provide protection to the petitioner's life and limb based on his representation dated 05.09.2019.

2.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 15.09.2019, the second respondent conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as the allegations are civil in nature. That apart the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P.(MD)No.15842 of 2019 filed suit in O.S.No. 139 of 2010 as against the respondents 3 & 4 and obtained decree in their favour, as against which the respondents 3 to 4 filed an appeal which is pending in A.S.No. 143 of 2019 on the file of Sub Court, Aranthangi.

3. At this stage police protection cannot be granted. Hence the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
