ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.202 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent police.
2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.202 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent police on the ground that after registration of the First Information Report, the Petitioners herein, who are arrayed as accused and the defacto complainant had arrived at a compromise. A Joint Compromise Memo is also filed along with this Petition.
3.By way of reply, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first Respondent submitted that he has no objection to quash the First Information Report by recording compromise.

4.In the light of the Joint Compromise Memo, this Petition is allowed and the proceedings in the First Information Report in Crime No.202 of 2022 on the file of the first Respondent police is quashed.
