Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AJU TAGORE.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify one of the condition imposed upon the petitioner by the order dated 22.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2936 of 2023. 1/3

2.By the above said order, the petitioner was directed to stay at Sivagangai and appear before the Special Court, Sivagangai, on all hearing dates. Now the petitioner seeks modification of the above said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that LW1 to LW3 will be produced before the trial Court.

4.The petitioner can revive his application seeking modification after the examination of PW1.

5.With the above said liberty, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
