ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Clerk working in the fourth respondent Co-operative Society challenging the order of suspension passed by the fourth respondent on 19.07.2024.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent brings to the notice of the Court that by way of proceedings dated 25.10.2024, the order impugned in the writ petition has been recalled and a fresh order of suspension has been issued on 28.10.2024 after getting approval from the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Society.

3.In view of the above said facts, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.The Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 13.11.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No NCC:
