ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from cutting and removing the 7 tamarind trees in S.No.1195 and Patta No.934 situated at Ayyalur Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District and to direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the above said tamarind trees based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2018.

2. Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the respondents do not have any intention either to cut or to remove the 7 tamarind trees standing in the petitioner's property. It is the neighbouring the land owners, who had removed the trees, as the branches had fallen on their rooftop. 2/5

3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, as no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
