ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Declaration declaring that the respondents 1 and 2 have no jurisdiction, power and authority to cancel or to declare as void the settlement deed dated 29.12.2017 registered as Document No.66 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Rajasingamangalam, Ramanathapuram District under Section 23 (1) of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
