ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent in O.S.No.82 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Alangudi, based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.82 of 2018 was dismissed by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Alangudi. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
