This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned District and Sessions Judge (PCR Cases), Dindigul, to consider the bail application on the surrender of the Petitioner/Sole Accused on the same day in connection with Crime No.386/2022 on the file of the 2nd Respondent police on merits on the same day.

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that no one sustained injuries in the said occurrence.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that no one sustained injuries in the said occurrence.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned District and Sessions Judge (PCR Cases), Dindigul within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy 2/4
