The present writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to remove the encroachment in new Survey No.390 upon the open drainage in Pallikooda Theru, Samban Kulam, Ayan Dharmapurammadam Village, Tenkasi District within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2023.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the prayer in this writ petition has already been met with by the authority concerned and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.

3.Recording the abovesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
