ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with Crime No.1458 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the FIR insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after investigation, a referred charge sheet has been preferred on 05.12.2019 itself.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
