ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 27.09.2021, wherein the first petitioner has sought for cancellation of the Patta granted in favour of the respondents 4 and 5 with respect to the subject property.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that enquiry is pending before the first respondent and that orders will be passed within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2/4

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the first petitioner on 27.09.2021, after affording an opportunity to the petitioners 2 to 5 and the respondents 4 and 5 and orders shall be passed on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
