ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the extent of the petitioner's land shown in the FMB sketch is not correct. He wants rectification of the same. Since the petitioner's request was not considered, the writ petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner is not presently available in the file. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the third respondent. As and when it is received, it shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
