ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is directed against the order dated 25.06.2024 passed in Cr.M.P.No.5039 of 2024 in C.C.No.508 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Tiruchirappalli, dismissing the 1/4

petition on the ground that the earlier conditional order has not been complied with.

2. Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 23.09.2024, the petitioner has paid Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the respondent and he has filed a cost Memo dated 01.10.2024 to that effect. The above said Memo is recorded.

3. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the impugned order dated 25.06.2024 in Cr.M.P.No.5039 of 2024 in C.C.No.508 of 2019 is hereby set aside. The trial Court is directed to examine the Tahsildar, Thiruverumbur and dispose of the case in C.C.No.508 of 2019 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
