(MD) No.8580 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.14467/2021 dated. 22.10.2021 in connection with Crime No.1 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.8580 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14467 of 2021 on 22.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.11234 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.8580 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14467 of 2021 on 22.10.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
