The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4

528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in running his business on the guise of enquiry except through due process of law based on his representation dated 05.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has been running a horse riding school, that the petitioner was previously charged for the offence under POCSO Act and that subsequently one Manivannan has lodged a complaint against the petitioner as if he is the owner of the property and CSR No. 424 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that as of now, there is no complaint or petition against the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
