Govt. of U.P & Ors on 12th November, 2013 within the time stipulation as indicated in the aforesaid judgment. This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of petitioner's complaint dated 30.07.2018 in the light of the guidelines dictated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Govt. of U.P & Ors on 12th November, 2013.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 30.07.2018 and pass orders on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No.17957 of 2018 accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
