This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to produce the records relating to the proceedings in T.R.Form No.5/09/2007 on the file of the second respondent herein before the first respondent herein.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the first respondent has already concluded the proceedings and disposed of the matter and, therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
