O R D E R

On 10.12.2025, this Court has given a specific direction to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file the translated version of the documents, which are in the Tamil language, subject to a specific condition that in the event of failure to file such translated copy on the next date of hearing, this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.

2. However, no translated copy has been filed. As a last chance, this Court, by order dated 18.02.2026, granted time to file the translated copy and directed that the case be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced a translated copy only of the impugned order. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner referred to another document, which is also in the Tamil language. The learned counsel for the petitioner again Page No. 2 of 4

seeks time to file translated copies of the remaining documents, though this Court has already granted time on two occasions for translation of the entire set of documents.

4. Since the directions of this Court have not been fully complied with, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
