This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Special Court for Trial of SC/ST Act Case, Pudukottai District to accept the surrender of the Petitioner along with bail application in Crime No.126 of 2022 on the file of second Respondent police herein and to consider and dispose the bail application on the same day on merits.

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the injured has been discharged from the hospital

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and no previous case is pending against the Petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the Special Court for Trial of SC/ST Act Case, 2/4

Pudukottai District District within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order or 15 days from the date of uploading the order copy in the website of this Court .
