ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by one Kumaresan, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.204 of 2024 against one named person and five unnamed persons on the file of the third respondent and suspecting the involvement of the petitioner's son in that case, they have enquired the petitioner and found that the petitioner as well as the petitioner's son are not the accused.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
