O R D E R

The present Writ Petition is filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take action against the second respondent and also to grant compensation of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) to the petitioner on account of death of his wife viz., Manjula along with the unborn child, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2015.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view thereof, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. If the petitioner avails such remedy, the time spent in the Writ Petition shall be excluded while reckoning the period of limitation. No costs.
