ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and her husband and her family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2024

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's husband is having 21 previous cases and that they have given protection to the petitioner's husband at the time of election since his life was under threat. He would further submit that the petitioner has already lodged a complaint and enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was closed and that subsequently a similar complaint came to be lodged by the petitioner mainly alleging that the respondents have been harassing the petitioner, but the respondents have not harassed the petitioner or her husband at any point of time. 2/4

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
