ORDER

This Sub Application has been filed seeking appointment of an Advocate Commissioner for complying with the order dated 20.02.2025 made in W.P.(MD) No.4529 of 2025, on the file of this Court, pending disposal of the Contempt Petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the survey has already been conducted and has produced photographs showing the presence of the petitioner at the time of conducting the survey.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the request for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner does not arise. Accordingly, this Sub Application is dismissed.
