Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa1/25135/2009 dated 01.04.2015 and consequential order of the third respondent in Na.Ka.A1/728/2013 dated 10.04.2015, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to forbear from in any manner interfering with the possession of the petitioner and issue the patta for the lands in Survey No.577/1, Mavathur Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District in petitioner's favour.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to implement the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/25135/2009, dated 01.04.2015 and consequently, to remove the encroachment in Vavurankulam in Survey No.577/1 an extent of 3 acres 62 cents, situated at Kalutharikkapatty, Kadavoor Taluk, Karur District within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
