Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent Commission.
2. The only question that calls for consideration is whether the third respondent is amenable under the provisions of the Right to Information Act. It has been held that the third respondent is not so amenable. In the impugned order, the first respondent had only followed the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Thalappalam Ser. Coop. 3. No case has been made out for interference. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
