ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to extend the time for producing the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil Kanyakumari District imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5331 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.No.3997 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil in Crime No.327 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed and the time for executing the sureties by the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5331 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.No.3997 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari 2/4

District, is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions imposed by the Court below remains un-altered.
