This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.42/2022 on the file of Respondent Police and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner alone.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner was a minor at the time of occurrence. After investigation, his name was deleted from the array of accused.
